Warranty & Return Information

All Green Dragon High Performance Air Filters are designed to last for the lifetime of your vehicle and are covered by our limited lifetime warranty.
A warranty card is included with every Green Dragon High Performance Air Filter purchased, and you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it. If this card was lost or if you did not receive one you can download it here.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Green Dragon Filter warrants that its High Performance Air Filters are free from defects in material and workmanship and will last for the lifetime of your vehicle. This warranty will be honored for all Green Dragon High Performance Air Filters that are used in non-commercial vehicles under normal wear conditions. Green Dragon Filter reserves the right to refuse to honor this warranty for claims arising from, but not limited to, improper installation, accident, racing or competition use, neglect (including improper cleaning and maintenance), alteration of the product, or abuse. Green Dragon Filter Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the filter and is non-transferable.

Replacement of the filter shall be the sole and exclusive remedy to which Green Dragon Filter is obligated and to which the original retail purchaser is entitled. Green Dragon Filter shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages of any kind resulting from the order or use of its products. These damages include, but are not limited to, reimbursement of the original purchase price, and any other special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Any defective Green Dragon Air Filter properly returned to the factory will be replaced for a handling charge of $9.95 USD. Green Dragon Filter will not be responsible for any costs incurred in making the warranty claim. Any warranty claim must be sent at the customer’s expense along with proof of purchase. Green Dragon Filter reserves the right to determine if all terms of warranty have been met. Green Dragon Filter shall be under no obligation to honor this warranty.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty returns will only be accepted by Green Dragon Filter when accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Replacements for defective products will be issued pending inspection. Product must be received by Green dragon Filter within 30 days of the date RMA is issued.

*NOTE: YOU MUST CALL US FOR AN RGA NUMBER BEFORE SENDING ANY FILTER TO US. Any filter sent to us without an RGA number may not be replaced. Please read the warranty carefully and make sure that all steps are followed to insure a quick replacement of your filter.
